your product idea does not fit into one of the above Core Categories,
it may be better to contact other companies that may have an interest
in your type of product.
Before we look at your submission, Ontex asks you to agree to the conditions in our Disclosure Agreement.
Upon receipt of the Disclosure Agreement, your submission will be reviewed.
We make every effort to complete the review process and communicate with you within thirty days.
All original materials will be returned to you after review.
If
Ontex is interested in your submission, we will then enter into
negotiations to reach an appropriate license and/or purchase of the
rights.
If you feel your product can fit for Ontex, complete and
submit the Disclosure Agreement, which must precede or accompany your
submission.
